RNN GROUP
RNN Group is an education and training provider, meeting the needs of thousands of employers, adults and school leavers every year and contributing at the heart of our communities.
The RNN Group includes five campuses of career-focused further and higher education including the University Centre Rotherham where learners can apply and study the SYIoT courses that we are offering from September 2024.
QUALIFICATIONS
Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQs) have been developed in partnership with employers and are delivered by industry experts and focus on the skills, knowledge and behaviours that are in-demand by employers. They can also act as a stepping stone to further study, such as an apprenticeship or undergraduate degree.
The courses are classroom-based with the opportunity to learn practical skills through workshops, role playing exercises or using industry facilities.
We will be commencing all the above courses in September 2024.

Layla Kettlewell
Level 5 BSC Computing and Systems Development
Layla is an outstanding student with a strong work ethic. She joined the course after completing GCSEs and an access to HE course, and has been excelling in academia. She also volunteers in the FE computer setting supporting younger learners and is a great role model. She hopes to teach at RNN Group in the future.
Shand Ali
Access to HE Computing
Shand, who came onto this course via the English as a Second Language Department, is another outstanding student again with an excellent work ethic. He works as a part time lecturer for the RNN Group support with FE learners and is another great role model for the learners and the department. He hopes to go onto Sheffield Hallam University then into Teaching whilst continuing to work P/T here.
